ABOUT US

The Cubed Woman is a style advisory service with its objective centred at supporting women to represent themselves in the most authentic way using style as a means towards accomplishing their life goal. At the heart of our mission is to heighten the awareness of the impact of personal style on our daily lives. We teach women to shop better, dress better so you can feel empowered in the most authentic way.

A cube represents a multi-dimensional position, and suitably represents the lifestyle a woman has and all she symbolises to herself, family and the society. Her style is just as important as every aspect of her life and should not be set aside while bearing the weight of others.

We identify the need to get dressed daily as a necessity; albeit can be an overwhelming task when the skill is absent, interest is waned, or overwhelming daily responsibilities get in the way of your creativity to dress up; if any of these statements sound familiar then you are a perfect fit for any of our personal style development programme.

Clothing is a unifier; style is what differentiates. Therefore, if you must do this daily, developing the skill to make “dress up” more interesting is highly recommended.

Chinye Amadi-Emina

Hello, my name is Chinye Amadi-Emina, and I am the lead stylist here at the Cubed Woman. I encourage women to love themselves by teaching them how to use fashion as a form of self-expression that celebrates their individuality. This empowers them to go out into the world with self-assurance and make an impact.

In secondary/middle school, I developed an eye for fashion and style, which I conveyed via basic behaviors related to how I presented myself in public, this progressed further with me into undergraduate school, I would design unconventional styles for custom shirts that my tailors would make for my personal use in contrast to the regular designs that were readily available on the market. It manifested itself further through interests such as hair styling; I would style my friends’ hair for free to events and classes. Thereafter, I dabbled in modeling for a very brief period, before I proceeded into professional bridal makeup. These multiple interests continued to evolve, even though I did not pay much attention to it, because I preferred to focus on enjoying life in the present moment. After several years of gathering and enjoying the skills I had developed within the fashion industry, I finally found my calling in “Personal Styling.”. I obtained the required training to hone my abilities, and started working with women to help develop their style.
